No problems getting used to new versions of Jaws, mine works pretty much like it always has in fact. No problems. I just installed version 9, but I can't page down and get to where I would have been when I was using JAWS 7 or 8. Also, the display seems to be different, as the ctrl+downarrow either skips over a lot of what used to be blank lines or there seem to be more blank lines depending on what webpage I'm on. Even so, I'm considering deleting previous versions so that I'll be forced to get used to this new monstrosity. Sorry this really isn't a technical question, just wanting to know others' experiences in upgrading and getting used to differences between versions. -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/ Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.com JFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
