Getting JAWS back the way I want it

I removed and reinstalled JAWS 9 as instructed. I couldn't get it to install 
though without a sighted person using the mouse. Now. I need to change some 
things. How do I start the set up wizard, and/or how do I change things like 
whether  JAWS runs on the task bar or in the system tray? I can no longer even 
figure out how to get in to change the voices and speed. Can some one give me a 
crash course here? Thanks.
