You have to turn off quick navigation keys (in jaws). I would recommend making the change in the personalized web settings dialog so it applies only to the GMail site. Press insert shift V. Arrow down to quick navigation keys and press the space bar until it says off. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Russell Solowoniuk" <rsolowoniuk@xxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, July 12, 2006 7:35 PM Subject: Re: GMail shortcut keys don't work Hi Debbie and Patricia, Thanks. I did read the shortcut keys, but I'm afraid I can't get them to actually work. Debbie, have you managed to use these shortcut keys with Jaws running? I'm thinking that maybe some of the keystrokes conflict with Jaws and that's why they don't do what they are supposed to? As for using the Pop3 feature, one of the reasons I wanted to use GMail is because of the 2 GB storage space allowed. I'd prefer to leave my e-maiol messages on the Google server.
