Hi Moti.
You'll have to go into the standard html interface that I mentioned in my
previous message. Each message will have its own check box. Check the messages
you want to delete and then navigate to the delete button and press enter or
space. Honestly though, it's so much easier to just use a pop client.

Hi Allison,

Do you know a way to delete all the messages of my GMAIL account?
It's a graphic button or link which enables to delete all the messages at once.
I do know to use googlemail website but can not delete all the messages without
sighted assistance.

Any help please is greatly appreciated

Hi Ann.
The new web interface for gmail is somewhat usable, but it's still a little
too clunky for daily use in my opinion. If you're going to check your email
via the web often, I would recommend entering on the "Old version" link when
you log in to your account. Towards the top of that new page, there should
be a link to an html interface, which is much more accessible. If you have
gmail set to log you in automatically, you may even be able to bookmark that
site. Your other option is to use gmail with a pop client such as outlook
express, Microsoft outlook, etc. Gmail provides detailed instructions on how
to configure various pop clients in their help center. The direct link to
the section dealing with pop clients is

Please let me know if you have any other questions. I've been a satisfied
gmail user for a number of years, and am happy to provide any assistance I
can. Have a great day.
