Mine is also a by-fold; and, as I've said before, the quality of the brail 
authorization number on it REALLY sucks!  But surely we've spoken both loud 
and clear on that subject already.

Mine was too but I don't think that's important. I see what everyone's
talking about in not being able to read the numbers too, mine is a plastic
label, but a very flimsy one and I can barely read most of the numbers.
