ditto that, dude. I think the one who'll be looser will be the one who 
drinks the most after the case is decided, because that will loosen them up 
more than the other one.

Whatever the pros and cons of the case in Freedom Scientific vs.. GW Micro,
there will be only one real winner and only one real looser.

The winner, will be the lawyers, who will go laughing all the way to the
bank with their fat fees.

The looser, will be the users of both companies on whose products we have
come to rely upon in our every day lives.
