You have the right to tell them what you think by supporting them further.
If you're not happy with the way they do business, take your business
elsewhere. I never said to tell them what to do with your money. They
wouldn't listen, anyway. You can write suggestions on whey you'd like to
see them do. A lot of them probably will be put on the back burner, but at
least the company knows what you would like to see. Just look at the
scripts they send with JFW.

Yes and no. Yes I care what they do. But if they supplied me with a product
I felt comfortable enough to buy then what gives me the right to tell them
what they should with the money they earned? I am not trying to be
argumentative, but this idea that we as consumers have some sort of right to
tell a company how to operate just because we bought one of their products
baffles me. If one of my customers would have tried to tell me how to run my
business he would have been shown the door in a big hurry. Do you do the
same with every company you do business with?

Thanks; Gene
