Good information. Thanks, Dave. However, isn't it possible that JAWS 9 solves some Internet problems because of that video software difference? In that case, the problem wouldn't be solved by a post 10/11 installation. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dave Durber Sent: Saturday, April 17, 2010 11:02 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Form Fields not showing up on some Websites and VB application Adrian and Ilene: To my knowledge, you should not have a problem installing JAWS 9 on your computers, even though you have JAWS 10 and JAWS 11 already installed. The Tech Support staff at FS, say that JAWS 9 will use the Video software that was installed with the last version you installed on your computer, even if it is later than JAWS 9. However, if you have an earlier version of JAWS on your computer than JAWS 9, but you do not have JAWS 10 or 11 installed, the installation program for JAWS 9 will install/update the video software to JAWS 9. As with JAWS 10 and 11, JAWS 9 will be installed to its own folder.
