Hi Joseph,

could you please explain what you meant by the following?

you wrote:
I was told when I had a problems with window eyes that it is not jaws fault.

Could you phrase that differently? I don't understand what you mean.

thanks.

Well you see, this is what I mean no matter what you say FS will always tell
people to upgrade and spend more money,
there answer to fix a problem is to tell people just keep buying up grades.
The reason why I feel this way, and a lot of people agree with me,
is because another reason,
is when I in stall Jaws it said on the installation something to this
affect,
this program can not be verified, or passed the windows verification test or
something like that it did not say anything about the publisher, I called FS
on this and they said that Microsoft put something in,
no other program says that, even Kurzweil the program just installs very
easily,
this is what I mean they are always blaming other people for there screw
ups,
I was told when I had a problems with window eyes that it is not jaws fault,
we found out that it was Jaws making this other problem happen.
Joseph.
