I have been using Jaws for windows since it was first introduced
(version 1xx with Windows 3.1) and I can honestly say I have had more
trouble and grief with version 5 than any other version!
I personally believe support, service & general customer satisfaction
has really gone downhill since the advent of Freedom Scientific.
A copy of this message is being sent to Freedom Scientific so I an not
expressing my opinion behind their back.
