I've another Braille display, and I have that problem too but the problem was
not in the driver, but with the cords, in your case, USB cords.
So, if you have another USB cable, try it. also Make sure that in the list,
under Jaws options/Braille, you had selected Focus.

I tried just hooking it up and installing it into JAWS, and it says it can't
load the Braille driver.
Where can I find the drivers I need? What do I need to do now that I've
already tried to install it, to ensure that it installs correctly?
