Lora, I've another Braille display, and I have that problem too but the problem was not in the driver, but with the cords, in your case, USB cords. So, if you have another USB cable, try it. also Make sure that in the list, under Jaws options/Braille, you had selected Focus. It only came with the display, power and USB cords, though. I tried just hooking it up and installing it into JAWS, and it says it can't load the Braille driver. Where can I find the drivers I need? What do I need to do now that I've already tried to install it, to ensure that it installs correctly? Thanks. -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/ Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.com JFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
