According to eric at FS, there is to be a new public beta JAWS update released sometime today. Below are the fixes that will be found in this newest update, which will be build 7.1.340, and will be available via check-for-updates sometime today.

1. JAWS is now more responsive when you use the TAB key to move
through fields or navigate Web pages, dialog boxes, and e-mail messages
with the arrow keys.
2. Responsiveness has also been improved when you are deleting text
with the BACKSPACE key.
3. JAWS no longer repeatedly reads the top of a page when you visit
a Web site.
4. When in Forms Mode, JAWS now correctly announces position
information for groups of radio buttons.
5. If you are in any window where the Virtual Cursor is active and
you press ALT+TAB to switch tasks, you can now read the task switching
dialog box in braille.
6. You can now switch to Forms Mode when using "Screen Layout" as
your Document Presentation Mode.
7. In Internet Explorer, JAWS now ignores frames which have either
a width or height of zero.
8. In Internet Explorer, JAWS no longer says "group box" when you
use the TAB key to move to static text while in Forms Mode.
9. In Internet Explorer, JAWS now properly reads elements within
<DIV> or <SPAN> tags when you move to them with the TAB key.
10. Resolved an issue where JAWS was not recognizing certain
editable fields. You can now switch to Forms Mode while in these fields
and then modify the text they contain.
11. When you press NUM PAD SLASH to switch to Forms Mode while in an
edit box, typing text no longer causes JAWS to attempt Navigation Quick
Key functions.
12. The verbosity option for announcing HTML frames has been
modified. Now, you can either have JAWS announce when you enter and
leave a frame or you can disable this notification completely.
13. In Outlook and Outlook Express, JAWS now moves to and speaks
headings properly when you use the Navigation Quick Key H.
14. In Outlook, JAWS no longer says "selected" twice when selecting
text in the Subject field.
15. When you use Outlook Express to check a hotmail account and
delete a message, JAWS no longer announces the header for the deleted
message instead of the message that gains focus.
16. In Outlook Express, JAWS is now recognizing line breaks in
messages correctly.
17. In Word, JAWS now does not read two sentences as if they were
one or read the same sentence twice when navigating by sentence when a
tab character is inserted into the sentence structure.

18. In Excel, braille now stays synchronized with speech while you
edit and navigate a cell.

19. In Microsoft Access, when you press INSERT+TAB while in a
multiple column list box on a form, JAWS now reads the information
correctly.

20. In Adobe Acrobat Professional 7, pressing UP or DOWN ARROW in
the tag tree no longer causes a sound to play each time.

21. In Adobe Reader, JAWS no longer announces items in the Open,
Save a Copy, and Save As dialogs boxes twice.

22. In Eudora, JAWS now reads messages correctly.

23. In AOL Instant Messenger 5.9, JAWS now speaks check box states
when you press the SPACEBAR.

24. When working in Java applications, JAWS now speaks the names of
dialog box tabs that you switch to.
