Try googling
"how to open a .dbx file".
Although the "deleted items" .dbx file is present in the store folder, have you 
checked its size?
If it is only a few kilobytes, you will know there is nothing in there.
Also, does your .dbx file have a .bac extension?
When I researched this issue about a year ago, I was unable to find a way to 
restore my deleted items file--not unless, that is, you are running a specific 
backup program/utility.

I found the location, but now I need a JAWS accessible program to open the 
.DBX file. Any suggestions? I looked on several possible websites, and 
couldn't find anything. Thanks.
