I am not filing taxes, but, had to run the repair on mine too, and everything seems to be working but the about page says I have no upgrades left and the activate site says I have one, Activation site is correct. BTW, I already filed my taxes and have my refunds--or rather my husband did it. After I followed the error message instructions to use "repair" from the install CD, I was then able to update to 1163. then when I checked the scripts folder, the 2006 TaxAct scripts were already there. As a side note, when I checked the "about" function in JAWS to confirm 1163, my upgrades remaining was reported as zero, when prior to this update the value was 1. Because of the little side trip, I have been delayed in actually starting the IRS filing process. Thanks Vicky and Rick for your helpful posts.
