  Did you try the Alt+f, e and that search feature? It's fast and I like it a 
lot better than the Windows+F interface.

    I assume you meant Windows-f, the windows find utility which is dreadfully 
"SLOW".  I'm looking for something that will index the files and locate a file 
quickly, similar to the Vista search feature.  Thanks anyway, Kathye

      Hit Windows key C, enter on "files and folders," arrow down to "all files 
and folders button," type what you have and hit enter. Tab to the window and

        Can anyone reccomend an accessable  utility that can be used to 
"quickly" find a file given a partial file name.  I am using XP and JAWS7.
