Hey Alan,
Still no luck! Turned on Sticky Keys in XP Pro and my 3-key combination doesn't
work at all. I think there's a timing or synchronization problem here. We have
two players: Windows XP Pro and Jaws 6. Windows via its sticky stuff should
allow the user to press 2 or 3 keys prior to getting out of some keyboard hit
loop. Jaws via its Insert Key Mode should listen to the last key pressed or
keep track of the pressed keys, and then react accordingly. This is not the
case in my situation, maybe I'm missing something here. Since it works for you,
could you please provide more details on your settings for 3 or 4-key
combinations.
Thanks in advance,
Adam

  Adam,

What do you mean when you say you still can't do three-key combinations?
Didn't you go into the control panel and select "Accessibility Options" and
turn on the Sticky Keys utility?
I only have one hand, and I have no problem doing 3-key combinations such as
  Insert + Control + V.

Thanks Alan. This will help people who have only one finger to access their
computer. Checked Config Manager for Jaws 5 and 6: both have the same Insert
Key Mode in User Options. I've selected it, and Insert + F5 or F7 works fine
in IE. However, there's no way of simulating 3 key presses. It would have
been a lot better to have an extra field for additional key presses in User
Options. It would take only a few minutes of coding, and it will help
  thousands
  of persons.
