Just follow these steps to restore your messages to normal:
1. Focus on OE In Box and press Alt-V to launch View menu.
2. Arrow up toCurrent View submenu and open it by hitting Enter or right
arrow.
3. Arrow up to Group Messages By Conversation and uncheck it by hitting
Enter. Your messages should now be back to normal.

Hello List,
OK, I have hit a keystroke that has my messages in OE stating expanded
etc... I do not like this and it is driving me batty... I fixed this
once before but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to remedy this
again. I am using Outlook Express and the latest version of JAWS. Could
someone please help?
