The problem with autofit is that it will autofit to the cell you are
currently on. There might be a wider one. That's why you look for the
widest one and widen it. Autofit also will not always widen it to let it
look good for sightling appreciation. That's why I widen the column so that
you have a buffer on both sides. If I'm making a worksheet for an unknown
audience, I will expand the column so that it's easily read.
