Error 6, JAWS loses authorisation

Hi! I have a VAIO running Windows 7 with JAWS 11. For no apparent reason, I frequently get an error 6, saying, "Function is not licenced". JAWS then loses its authorisation and runs in demo mode. When I renew the activation, it runs for a few minutes and then error 6 pops up again. Originally this only occurred when running on battary power, but now it happens all the time. Does anyone know this problem and how to solve it?

Thanks, Robbie
