If the spin box is in a toolbar you'll need to press enter on it to open
it up before you can then use the arrow keys to change it's value. You
can then tab away to the next toolbar control or press enter again to
leave the toolbar.

Subject: Envelopes and letters in Word
Hi!
I'm using JAWS 9 and can't work the spin boxes to address a
custom-sized envelope in Word. Any thoughts on the matter? When I try
to arrow up or down to change the size, nothing happens and I seem to
lose focus on the spin box.
