Hi,
Which function of Word are you talking about that reviews a documen and
calls your attention to things like accidental extra spaces between words?
Is this a feature of the grammar checking program?

Thanks.

I hav always done it with two spaces following a period. Yesterday I
checked a large document and Word ignored those "extra" spaces but pointed
out other cases where there was an extra space between words. I guess that
you can space twice after a period or, as Jerry pointed out, space only once
and Word will accept both as acceptable. Judith
