Hi David,
First, we have to completely type someone's email address or pick it up
from the address book.
Second, there's an important final step we have to take in order to move
messages to a specific folder: When you apply the rule in the final
Dialog Box, make sure you use the Browse Button to select Local folders,
not the specific folder you have created earlier and selected in the
Move Dialog Box.
Try it, it should work.
