This solution also works with one or two modifications:
Insert F-11 for system tray.
Downarrow to McAfee security center and press your right mouse button.
Downarrow to Mcafee firewall submenu.
Rightarrow once to open the submenu.
Uparrow once for the disable firewall option and press enter.
On my system I have to use Windows Key M to get back to the desktop.

If I remember correctly, hit insert F11 for system tray, down arrow to McAfee 
and enter on it. Down arrow to firewall and enter on that. Down arrow to 
disable and hit enter.

Better yet, Debbie has scripts for it on the programs page of www.jfwlite.com

With the script, you will be able to read the "allow access" popup and plunk 
the magic plunker.
