If I recall correctly, I believe I did this through my accounts page. Note: you 
will need your password to log into your account.
I also am quite certain there is an option for a one-time exemption when 
downloading or even a permanent exemption for that matter from a given site. I 
can usually find this with the Jaws cursor though I believe there has been a 
time or two when sighted assistance was required.

Hi Listers, I recently tried to download Jaws 7.1  but McAfee stopped on  the 
install stage, and locked up the computer. the only thing I can think of is
