Dictionary Sounds With 7.1

Hi.
I've just installed JAWS 7.1 and I'm unable to assign a sound using the
Dictionary manager in all applications.  When I try to press the Select
Sound button, nothing happens.  Has any one else encountered this?  I'm
using Windows 98 SE.
