RE: Dectalk USB ?

Tell you what John,
If I had known a month before I ordered the Double Talk that I could use
two sound cards on my computer I would have saved a good amount of money
and had much better speech.... Eloquence is a pretty good sounding
affair.
Only problem I have had with Eloquence is the settings for the Sound
Blaster card. If you happen to have any echo or reverb on it is truly
awful to listen to. It also seems to be where some of the crackling
sounds come from especially if you are trying to have surround sound.
Cy, the Ancient One...

very true but I can't afford one and I don't like the double talk sound
at
all so I just use eloquence with 1 of my sound cards.
