This has been a bug since JAWS 4.0. Some people will experience it and some won't. There is a support bulletin on the Freedom Scientific about this: http://www.freedomscientific.com/fs_support/BulletinView.cfm?QC=351 There is no need to move any folders into JAWS. If nothing else, set Eloquence as the default synthesizer and change manually to DECtalk ACCESS32 when you're sure it's ready... HTH Matthew ------------------------- Mr. Matthew F. Horspool Send me an Electronic Mail to drjaws@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Add horspool@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to your MSN contact list Or Visit my web site at http://www.horspool.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk ------------------------- I have my computer set for Dec Access32 to be my default synthesizer. However, I get the message that Dec Access32 is not license to run on this computer. On my desktop there's an icon, Load Dec Access32 and if I enter on that icon, I can then change from eloquence to the Dec. THANKS FOR ANY ASSISTANCE.
