Well like I said, I don't know very much about computers, I'm one f these 
guys who have a little knowledge and are very dangerous. grin. But, if a 
support guy is going to bee on line to help folks, the basics of a system 
should be made clear to the support people. It's not the person's fault on 
line with you or on the phone with you, but the information they are given 
to work with. someone has to say, here is what it is. Maybe it's not that 
easy. I don't know since I am not a programmer and don't claim to be, but it 
sure is hard to do the,, " right thing, whatever that is. grin.
