Morrie, Try getting out of my documents and then opening it again with windows 
key and the letter D.  I've found out that these computers are quirky and the 
only way to survive with your nervous system in tact is to give in to their

  Using Win/XP and Jaws 7.1.
  After going into "My documents" and working on a file, I then close the file. 
If I want to go to another window using alt/tab, everything goes well. If I 
alt/tab again back to "My Documents" Jaws goes well, but the Documents folder 
is opened with Jaws saying the Menu Bar.
  This happens all the time.
  Any suggestions for correcting this little problem?
