There is a thing in jaws 12 called virtual ribbons, or something along that
line.

One thing that can be done is using a menu system to seperate the functions
from shortcut keys in one easy place. I did this with rhapsody blind. I know
that there are some hidden shortcuts when you press alt+o then type the next
letters to activate certain function.
