Hello Greg,

Is it possible to install a fresh copy of Windows XP on the HP?  I have
seen, in several occasions, where components of the original HP
installations, have interfered with JAWS functionality.  In fact, I just
completed a project of this nature for a client last week and the laptop is
running perfectly at this time.  It has been used every day and has not
crashed or frozen one time.  This is something you may want to think about
extensively as I believe you will benefit to your liking.
