Easy J.! I haven't been following this so if I'm off base here sorry.
Usually when I want to respond to an individual who has written to a
list I either notice their name in the email listing or arrow to the
message, press alt-enter, tab then arrow down a few lines to see who the
message is from. Then while on the message I press the context key followed
by b to add them to my address book.
If I want to keep the title intact then I reply to the message but then
go into Tools, Add Recipients, delete the list address and add the
individual's address. I can find their address in my Address Book now
because I've noticed what their name is.
