Ron,
Using your standard JAWS commands, Alt-t and o will open the options dialog.
There you can use standard JAWS navigation techniques to select the spelling
and grammar tab. That dialog will have standard JAWS-accessible lists,
checkboxes, and buttons that you can use to set your desired default spell
check language.

Hi all and happy Easter.
Just wondered how you change the language in the word spell checker.
Mine is set to English US, but I need the UK version. I have managed to
change it but as soon as I use the spell check again it reverts back to the
US version.
I am using Windows Vista Home with Jaws 9.
