I was fooling around with the synthesizers and went from eloquence to sappy 5. The voice seemed like a deep robotic one that was hard to understand. I know that a lot of you prefer sappy5. Yes. Select SAPI5 from the list of synthesizers. If you want to change thevoice used, open the global voice adjustment dialogue box, tab to the personcombo box, arrow to the voice you want and press enter. You can get to the said dialogue box by first pressing insert j to open the JAWS window or to open the JAWS context menu, depending on how you've set JAWS, go to theoptions menu or submenu, arrow to voices submenu, press enter on that, thenpress enter on global voice adjustment.
