Re: Can't open attachmens in outlook.

While this usually works in Outlook Express it frequently does not work in
Outlook. I usually find I have to use the Jaws cursor to locate the
attachment then Jaws click on it (numpad slash) sometimes twice quickly in
succession to get it to open. Frequently Jaws doesn't even announce there is
an attachment. The JawsKey + A reports no attachments most of the time.

Perhaps you are confusing Outlook with Outlook Express?

The JAWS key + the letter A should bring up the attachments list which you
can then arrow up and down thru to select the attachment you wish to open
and then hit enter.  You shouldn't have to save an attachment just to look
at it.  Try this and see how you make out.

When I open the email there's nothing to let me open the attachments.When I
