Good evening Gene, I hope that all goes well for you and your treatment.I have not had experience with this type of survey tool. But, depending on the types of questions, would it be possible to record the answers in some other format (MS Excel perhaps) and then to have a para-medical professional enter your responses into the system when they are able?

I have been diagnosed with and receiving treatment for esophageal cancer. There is a survey that the treatment center would like me to complete, atleast, once a week. The survey appears on a device that seems similar to a laptop. However, in order to answer the questions, there is a touch screenand, of course, the thing doesn't have a screen reader on it. I don't particularly sharing my answers to the medical questions while asighted individual marks them for me. But, there are several psychologicalquestions that I am not answering because I don't feel comfortable sharing those thoughts and feelings with anyone: except a qualified para-medical professional.Has anyone who has had a similar experience, cancer notwithstanding, found a means by which to complete surveys of this type without sighted assistance? Thanks in advance.
