Hello, I was the one asking about the Comcast web site. I have also used
verizon and it had its problems on it's web site, too. I was able to get
things set up through a nice person at the Comcast customer service phone
number. All I was trying to do was set up secondary e-mail accounts. I am
using MSOutlook for e-mail, so I will not be using the Comcast site much. I
will tell you this, Comcast is sure much faster than the 640K DSL line that
I had. I have a 1.5 MB DSL line where I work and Comcast is still faster
than that.
