CD Burning Software

Santa brought an I-Omega external CD ROM burner.  The bundled burning
software cannot be used with JAWS, apparently.
First, does anyone know of an external USB CD ROM burner that comes
bundled with JAWS accessible software?
Second, what independent CD ROM burning software works tolerably well
with Jaws?
