F3 doesn't display the headers and mailer info; it finds the next item
entered in the Find dialog. Control+shift+f to find, enter, press F3 to
find the next occurrence. Was that a mistake on your part?

I was reading the message headers and there is information about the
mailing software. I needed to know this, to give the right instructions.
Now if you press f3 in this message, you will see the message headers.
Near the bottom is the mailer info. For your messages it displays:
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.5931
And by the way, why "Born Again Productions"?

alt+v for view menu.
d. for encoding.
Now you should see western european windows. just press enter.
If you dont see it, go up and down with arrow keys and find it.
