I should have thought of this. The fix would have to come through an update.
Another incentive to bite the bullet and install JAWS 12, which raises a
separate question. It might have been you, Dave, who warned listers that FS
recommends removing prior versions of JAWS when installing version 12. I'm
even more reluctant to do that than I am to take on JAWS 12 before it's run
its fix cycle. Has anyone had good or bad experiences installing JAWS 12 but
keeping earlier versions?

I think it's all been fixed with the latest JAWS 12. However that doesn't
help you, I know. I think Research It should be a separate module with a
separate update package, to avoid this.

The UPS site problems were fixed by FS at least once already in past
updates, and I hesitate to opine that they will fix a JAWS 11 version of
Research It now that JAWS 12 is fully established.

JAWS 11. Sorry for the omission.

I just put a tracking number into Research It and clicked on UPS. The result
came back as no such tracking number found. Then I copied the exact same
number into Google, which came up with the package I'd shipped and confirmed
delivery.

I vaguely recall someone else reporting the same problem on the list. Either
way, don't count on Research It to give you an accurate answer, at least
when it comes to UPS information.
