I HAD A SIMILAR ISSUE AND FOUND A FREE ONE THAT WORKS PRETTY WELL WITH JAWS. THE BEST PART IS THAT IT IS A FREE PROGRAM AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY MAKING UPDATES FOR IT. YOU MIGHT WANT TO GIVE IT A TRY. HERE'S THE LINK.

Earlier I have heard about a program called InterVideo (

, but I think this program have change the name - I can not find information about InterVideo if I go to the web site above. 

I using JAWS 11 and Windows XP/Windows 7.
