Being aware when Jaws changes voice profiles?

Hi listers: Any ideas how to configure Jaws ten so wen I issue the 
Insert+Control+s command to change Voice Profiles and when I've changed the 
profile Jaws can alert me when the change takes effect? Because I have to 
wait a few seconds for the change to take effect and sometimes have to guess 
when the change is done to regain use of Jaws, thus would be nice if Jaws 
could alert to this. Hope I made myself clear.
