Thanks for that.

I have a question though: I use Jaws 5.10 and windows XP and 2000 with AVG
antivirus.

How do I desactivate the AVG antivirus? I know F9 starts downloading the
upgrade and applications key will bring you to scan with... but I do not
know how to desactivate it...
