Hi Doug,

can understand your frustrations.

I know you talked about getting an update string from F S. After you
updated, did you check the install count on the auth disk? This would at
least tell you whether your update was successful.

The dongle stuff sounds pretty aggravating as well. But, Does F S mean that
you need to keep that in or is it that once you install you can remove it?

May be you could also ask them to name the prob mother boards for you.
