RE: Attachments

The way that I do it is to hit the context key (the one to the left of the
right control key), then down arrow until you hear view attachments, then
right arrow and hit entre on the file you want.

Hello all,

When I receive an attachment in Outlook, I have a very hard time opening
them. Sometimes all I have to do is shift tab, right arrow and it opens with
no problem. I receive forward messages as an attachment and those are the
ones I can't seem to open. Insert A, does not work. The ones I have problems
with are always from the same people. Does anyone have any suggestions?
