Does that mean it did work correctly at one time and now its not?

Hi everyone,
I asked about this yesterday but have made some progress. My speakers
are playing correctly in surround sound but jaws will only play
through the sub-woofer and not the speakers, which means it gets
drowned out anytime some other audio is playing.
I cannot figure out why it's doing this but it's very annoying and I
was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how to get it to
play through my speakers again. I am running Win 7 pro and Jaws 11.
