Re: Applying signatures in OE

In that case you create several signatures in the Options/Signatures selection 
but you do not check ad signature automatically. In the advanced settings you 
can make selections if you are using more than one account otherwise you must 
tell Outlook Distress to add a signature and then select which signature you 
wish to add at time of sending.

    ALT-T to open the Tools menu,
    Up one to the Options menu or press O or just arrow down until Options,

    There are several tabs, beginning with General, just CTRL-TAB through until 
you hear signatures. Check Add Signature to outgoing messages or something like 
that then tap on to new then edit what you want to appear and that should about 
do it.
