Admin: New mailing lists.

Folks,
 
I appreciate that you're looking for people to fill your newest of many new
mailing lists, but the JAWS list is hardly the place to be advertising for
it. Let's try to restrict our posting to things that are actually considered
on-topic for the list, please. This seems to be a biweekly reminder to folks
on the list, and I don't really think it should need to be.
