Hi. the correct path is C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\6.0\Settings\enu Be sure to replace user with the name of your folder if you have one assigned to you, in other words, if you have a folder with your name for your acount, replace user with the name of your own folder.
