fighting with my banks website for quite a while now, and now I can work with

I don't know whether this is the correct way to do it, but this is how I do
it.
do a left mouse click when on the mouse over link. next, I will go to the
bottom of the web page and the mouse over options are there.

Hello list,
Is there anyone out there that can tell me in Internet Explorer 7 how
to activate a link on the net when Jaws announces it as: "Mouse Over?" For
example; "Mouse Over Scott's Page." I have been fighting with my banks online
bill pay section of their website for a couple of hours now, and I am at a loss
as how to go about actually following these darn Mouse Over links...
